Return of the King

HE IS BACK!!! HE IS BACK!!!

I'm talking about Arsenal's all time leading goalscorer, Thierry Henry, who joined Arsenal on a 2 month loan, meaning he might play in key matches such as against Manchester United and Tottenham, as Gervinho and Marouane Chamakh represent their countries in the African Cup Of Nations. Anyway, Henry marked his second debut for Arsenal with... a goal, obviously. A brilliant pass from Alex Song found Henry in space, who produced a trademark finish into the bottom corner, one Arsenal fans were used to seeing back in his glory days. Hmmm, I wonder if Arsene Wenger would partner RVP with Henry up front? Awesome.

Oh, another brilliant FA Cup result?

MAN CITY 2-3 MAN UTD

Yup, Manchester United produced a clinical performance at the Etihad Stadium to clinch an amazing win and knock out the holders. First, Rooney scored with a header. Then, Kompany, Manchester City's best defender, got sent off for a two footed tackle on Nani. Welbeck made it 2-0, then a third was added by Rooney. But Kolarov and Aguero at least restored some pride. Manchester City probably did not deserve to lose, but you have to respect Manchester United's resilience.

So bye!
